Gas Tank Support

We design stainless fuel tanks for our projects on a regular basis and there are many clearance and support issues to consider during this part of the build. As seen we ran string to resemble the wood boards that would be in place on this truck bed. We will build braces to hold the tank securely at the top while providing clearance for all components affected

As seen we designed the braces to use the cross members in front and rear of the tank to support the tank adequately.

From the rear you can see the braces were built to fit the tank exactly. We simply installed removable straps to the underside to push the tank in to place and finish the job!
