50 Ford Truck - Shock Angle Supports

To clear the gas tank, bed wood, frame and other components the shocks on this custom truck had to have the position and arc changed to accommodate these other components. Doc is checking his options

Using the angle finder Doc figures in a new position to be sure of an acceptable angle to support the weight effectively.

The new rear end is in place with new shock mount brackets installed and ready for testing.

Originally installed side to side they were changed from front to rear and the clearance is adequate for the exhaust system etc
