Fitting and tweaking is what is takes to build a nice car and the Birds grilles were no different.

All fitted and looking good so we can now strip the grilles and repaint them including the chrome plate on the outer trim.

Parking lamps needed sanding and a bit of file fitting etc. It just takes plain old time to get it looking good.

It fits nice so cosmetics are next in line.

Mirrors get the same, tweaking and fitting to the doors.

Each part is blasted and primed then sanded smooth before painting and polishing.
