1971 Chevelle Wagon - Block Fit

First things first the core support after it was cleaned, blasted and primed goes on. 

Assembly continues as we sort out the problems and refine the body

All the body panels were blasted front and back side white metal clean then epoxy primed.

Doors get the same procedure.

Body also taken down to the bone is the only way we do it.

Primed back side also just as thoroughly.

Front ready

All emblems are drilled to center for exact.

Gaps 3/16th even on sedan doors.

All gaps consistent and panels even and flush

Primed and blocked several times but cured in the Texas sun between rounds.

Hood will receive the SS stripes.
