1969 Cougar Misc

Most of the fab is done, as seen the radiator support was lowered and built thinner to allow our cover to be fitted as low and tight as possible for hood clearance on this Cougar Restoration.

Under the front passenger fender we installed the A/C dryer

Billet export braces were installed with a custom fabbed mounting plate on the fire wall.

New round style Concealed head light vacuum tanks were installed under the driver front fender and a bracket next to them was built to support the electric power brake unit " mercedes style" system

Over flow for radiator on inside passenger apron is mostly covered by our radiator cover.

Combo radiator and electric fan shroud support brackets were built.

Electric fan, Max cfm possible.

Lines were fabbed from the fuel pump regulator to the fuel rails of the fuel injection system.

ZUS fasteners were attached to the side aprons for the radiator cover to keep a smooth look on the cover.

The hidden head lights had to have new air reservoir cans so we mounted them in tight against the inner apron inside the left front fender of the 1969 Cougar.
