The entire top of the die cast console is in need of work with scratches every where.

Jack files a bit off the fiber glass base to help the fit.

The console base was made in fiberglass so we blasted it at 20 psi in order to baby it with kid gloves. It had several cracks of which we repaired.

Fitting it to the floor of the car to be sure all is well.

It is now prepped for paint. Because of the numerous repairs done to the fiberglass we have to apply a "texture" to match the factory grain before the Satin black is applied.
