63 Galaxie Rear AC

Lou installed the rear seat to check for clearance. We will run the cold air return in between the upper seat section where the original Ford speaker used to be.

The space is just right to flow some serious air.

The back side shows ample room cut out to accept the air box.

It was sized to fit over our rear A/C system.

Finished off to flow smoothly.

The A/C and heater hoses will be run outside of the engine bay under the front fender. We made brackets to hold 4 hoses side by side.

As seen they fit nice and are ready to mount.

At the bottom of the side fender aprons we installed separate bulk heads to exit the A/C and heater hoses at a nice transition up to the engine.

Once they pass out through the inner apron they run to the front of the car then up and back to the fire wall along the top of the front fender.

This panel mounts above the tire and will hold them in place like a tray while our 4 hose line clamps hold them down tight.
