57 Chevy - Trunk Upholstery

Being a Custom Rod we decided to smooth out the trunk area and make her look sweet. Some outer bracing was built to attach the side panels we will be fabricating on our Mittler shrinker stretcher.

They fit well and are ready to weld in.

Sheet metal was bent to cover the sides and she is staring to take shape.

Upholstered in grey leather the trunk looks nice.

Smooth and ready to go after painting the body.

The trunk lid inserts were made from water proof board. Once covered in grey leather we will glue them in at the end.

They look nice.
