57 Chevy - Interior Door Panels

Grey leather cowhides were hand picked from Garret to adorn the interior and match the special mix Marina Blue. Here the door panels get the treatment in a stockish style in order to keep the orig Belair moldings the customer desired.

Qter panel interior extensions are fitted and stainless trim inspected.

Custom door panels fabricated from ABS plastic compared to the original card board Chevy used. As seen we trim them right to the edge to match the door opening.

Laid out for a template made in luan board then built in ABS the Qter extension upper sections are about ready to cover.
