57 Chevy - Hood

The back side of the hood has bracing added for rigidity. It looks good to the average eye but much work is needed to pass our minimum quality requirements.

We removed the braces to detail the underside.

More blocking and priming to get her just right.

Primed and sealed she is ready to paint.

5 coats of base and clear and we are off to the blue races, time to color sand and polish to a mirror image.

Nat uses a variety of polishers, as seen she reflects his image as per our minimum quality requirements.
