57 Chevy - Gauge Cluster

A 57 Gauge cluster is a beautiful thing but 50 years has taken its toll on this one so a complete rebuild is in order.

Fitting it to the dash requires hand tweaking and cutting materials back. Eric blocks out some initial problems as he perfects the part.

Fitting then cutting, then fit and cut some more until it right.

The Steering column cover was also fit precisely to the bottom of the gauge cluster and dash.

The odometer housing is painted and time to assemble before installing in to the dash.

Each part, piece by piece carefully assembled to avoid any scratches.

Odometer is ready to install with the final trim on top.

This piece is a bear to get on but Eric can do it with NO scratches.
