As seen the factory gaps were inconsistent on the vent cover. They welded the hinge on crooked.

You can tell moisture sat in the channel. We will have to remove and rebuild it as it is too thin toward the glass.

This is the support channel that was welded on the under side which gave us the inside lip to keep water out away from the interior.

She blasted up pretty decent and will work fine.
