Flipped over to the underside we have every square inch blasted white metal clean.

And I mean "Every" inch. This is our foundation for adhesion on everything we do on up through final paint so cleanliness is vital.

DP epoxy primer was applied to to seal out the elements.

Black primer inside and grey out to help see gaps.

The doors get the same treatment.

The small stamping flaws where the dies punched the metal out are not too pretty so a skim coat removes them quickly.

Ready to prime.

Side cowl smoothed over.

Hi build was applied.
