1928 International Truck - Rear End Build

Original two speed rear axle needed complete rebuild to insure a quiet assembly. The Orig red paint was still intact after mega grease was removed.

Impossible to find gears needed some dressing up to get everything to tolerance.

Mega parts in that bad boy. You have to have the back ground to work on these older parts as they are not like today's gear assemblies.

New gaskets had to be fabricated because none are available

Made by hand like they were done in 1928

All blasted, primed, rebuilt and assembled she awaits refinishing.

Painted red per orig International shade.

Polished to perfection and ready for install.
