Clean and Strip Shop

	1. Our clean and strip shop was built with extra head room to accommodate our four post lift. Extra high truck cabs are no problem. We remove oils, undercoatings and strip paint in this shop.
	2. Bill starts a project by pressure washing all grease and oil away. This is done before disassembly takes place.
	3. 4000 PSI with 210 degrees removes grease and coatings quickly!

Dip Tanks

	1. Our State of the Art parts cleaning shop was designed with efficiency in mind. As our Mechanics are working on your project our Automatic Stainless Hot and Cold dipping tanks clean the parts free of dirt, grease and rust. This three step system with automatic timer saves mega time and keeps us working on other parts of your project while the tanks do all the work.
	2. Our Dip Tank Shop features an 8 inch retaining wall around the perimeter base for control and filtering of any parts water rinsing that is done.
	3. While we are diligently working on other areas of your project our tanks clean your parts by themselves with the built in timer system.
	4. Our four phase charcoal filtration system allows us to be environmentally safe at all times and we only use Earth friendly chemicals from ZEP Products the leader in cleaning solutions.
	5. The solvent 140 cleaning solution softens and removes undercoat, grease and oils from all of your parts during stage one of the cleaning process.
	6. Our 440 gallon Master Tank heats the Zep solution to 150 Degrees and removes unwanted materials from each piece during stage 2 of the process. All parts retain their identification tags during every process.
	7. The Stage 3 process cold cleans each part 100 % free of any remaining rust. They are then ready for blasting and priming.

Media Blaster!

	1. When it comes time to media blast the smaller components on your project the only way to get it done is a pressure cabinet. Our Clemco is the ultimate machine. Industrial tools give professional expedient results during preparation before prime and paint.
	2. The Inside is well lit and spacious to handle any part and our custom built parts rack for smaller pieces also doubles as a blast gun and air blower holder for quick use.
